MARCO BIGI musician, piano & multi-instruments player, composer and author.

FORMATION
I have studied classical guitar from the seven year age and have continued studying piano, trumpet, bass, sax and several other instruments. After the scientific matriculation exam I attended to the "Piccolo Conservatorio Nuova Milano Musica" following the piano jazz course with Nando de Luca, and from then I have never stopped to examine in detail the study of the music.

THEATER
After the beginning in 1982 with the "Panna Acida" company of Angela Finocchiaro and Carlina Torta, I have known the famous italian actor Paolo Rossi and I have become his "official sound-track": I was composer and musician of all his theatrical shows from 1986 to 1996. In that period I have founded the-musical comic actor group "C'è quel che c'è" (that means: "There is that what there is"), that played with Paolo Rossi, David Riondino, Piero Chiambretti, Aldo Giovanni and Giacomo, Antonio Albanese and other artists coming from the Zelig of Milan. "C'è quel che c'è" have performed several Italian theatres with their own show. At the Zelig theater I have shown also with the Ultrasuper, another comic actor musical group born from the artistic cooperation with the actor-author Giorgio Centamore. Since 1996 I have been playing the live sound-track from the living of the matches of theatrical improvisation by LIIT (Lega Italiana di Improvvisazione Teatrale) and afterward by IMPRO' theatrical improvisation association. I have written and executed the sound-tracks of several theatrical shows.

TELEVISION
With the group "C'è quel che c'è" I have taken part in all the italian TV transmissions of Paolo Rossi (Su la testa, Il Laureato, Scatafascio) and to various instalments of "Segnali di Fumo" (Videomusic) ; I have performed at the Maurizio Costanzo show and I have appeared in the theatrical improvisation matches with the Italian theatrical improvisation league (LIIT). I have taken part in the transmission "Rido" (RAI2), i've played keyboard in the big orchestra of the "Paolo Limiti Show" and I've written and arranged the music of "Chi c'è c'è chi non c'è ciao" a tv comic show for the swiss tv
Now I write and I play the songs of "L'Albero Azzurro", a sit-com for children,

CINEMA
I've composed the soundtrack of the movie "La grande prugna" and of many short movies

RADIO
I've written and played a radio-science-fiction with Roberto Coppolecchia: 'Eravamo in cinquecento" (that means "We was in 500" - The "Cinquecento" was a famous italian little car)
